Welcome to Upcher & Co., a bespoke garden design practice based in Southampton, specialising in attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Our principles, Terry Drew and Anthony Johnson, have been consumed by gardens and ornamental horticulture for over 60 years, and are pleased to pass on to clients the benefit of their horticultural experience. Their designer, Tiffany Passmore, has also been involved in gardens and professional garden design for many years, with particular skills in mixing perfect colour palettes for planting combinations, blending with existing and new landscape elements, and solving awkward shapes within the garden.
Our firm title, Upcher & Co., derives from Thomas Upcher, whose family resided at Sheringham Hall Norfolk, which was Humphry Repton's favourite work. We operate in various locations including Beaulieu, Bournemouth, Chandlers Ford, Chichester, Eastleigh, Lymington, New Milton, Poole, Southampton, Wimborne, and Winchester, serving both domestic and commercial clients. Our clients generally come to us via personal recommendation, appreciating the improvements in their surroundings and the environment through our garden design and landscaping services.
