The Vineries Garden Centre & Nursery is an independently owned Garden Centre and growing nursery, established over 60 years ago in Surrey. We grow and retail plants on our 5-acre site here in Effingham, Surrey. Any plants we don't grow on site we source, where possible, from growers and suppliers in the UK. If you have any queries about the provenance of the plants we sell here, please do not hesitate to ask us. We are happy to let you know where our plants have been grown.
Our Services
Our garden centre offers a wide range of bedding plants, shrubs, perennials, climbers, and many more to supply to our customers. We also have a large pet food department where you can choose from or place your order for pet food for collection. Furthermore, our furniture department has an extensive range of garden and conservatory furniture, and many other products for outdoor living. Our coffee shop, Vines, uses top-quality locally sourced fresh produce from surrounding villages and the Surrey Hills area. All our meals are freshly prepared daily by our chefs.
Garden Centre
We grow over 200,000 geraniums every year on our premises. Many shrubs are grown here with other growers supplying us from the New Forest, Woking, and the South Coast. We aim to source the balance of products that we sell from the UK, with a focus on local suppliers and producers. Our plant availability service allows you to choose and phone through your order, and we aim to deliver within 2 days of placing your order. There is a minimum delivery order of 50, and free delivery over 100.
Outdoor Living
Our outdoor living department offers a wide range of garden and conservatory furniture, and many other products for outdoor living. We have recently received new stock for the 2024 season, and we are offering huge discounts on most furniture sets. Please visit our outdoor living page for more information.
Vines Coffee Shop
Vines, our coffee shop and restaurant, uses top-quality locally sourced fresh produce from surrounding villages and the Surrey Hills area. All our meals are freshly prepared daily by our chefs. We are committed to sourcing locally, using top-quality fresh ingredients, and supporting other local independent businesses.
Hot Tub Haven
Hot Tub Haven is the Surrey dealer for the Artesian Spas brand of luxury and award-winning hot tubs and has a showroom inside the Vineries Garden Centre, showcasing the most popular hot tubs in the range.
